The blue chicken is an animal unlocked after the 8 heart event for Shane. You are then able to purchase them from Marnie for 800 Gold, the same way you would purchase the White Chicken and the Brown Chicken. (Divorcing Shane does not take away the ability to buy the Blue Chickens from Marnie.)
