Hate that “new Kong” smell? This is the best way I’ve found to get the nasty chemical smell off of brand new KONG toys. I soak them (usually overnight ) in a bath of dish soap and water with a few drops of lemon EO. After rinsing, I put them in the top rack of the dishwasher for another wash cycle.
